We believe in looking after our members every step of the way.

Your first 2 sessions will be carried out with the help of your own instructor who will help to ensure that not only do you have a full understanding of the functionality of each piece of equipment, but that we also have a good overview of what you hope to achieve from your exercise programme.

You will then be written your very own personal programme, which will help you on your way to achieving those goals.

At no time will we pressure you unduly, we will simply make recommendations as to how you can most effectively utilise the equipment and exercises to best effect.

 

Every 10 sessions throughout the first 30, you will have the opportunity to book a further one-to-one session with one of our instrauctors, who will review your progress and work with you in order to ensure you are still enjoying your programme, and that you are seeing the desired results.

Once you reach 30 sessions, you will then have the opportunity to book a one-to-one session every 6-8 weeks.

Of course, we have fully qualified staff on hand throughout the entire opening hours of the club, so if you need to discuss any aspect of your programme with us, just have a chat with us when you next visit the club.
