The changing facilities are large, airy and spacious with individual shower cubicles for your privacy.

The ladies cubicles incorporate a standing/changing area for privacy.

Sauna cabins are included in both the male and female changing rooms so that you can remove toxins from your body and ensure that the muscles are warmed down nicely after your exercise session.

 

The saunas can be set on a timer at your desired heat so as you finish your workout the sauna will be at optimum temperature.

They are good to use after a workout as it will help relax your muscles.
